Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-08-25
This Policy describes what data the navoi.tj website (the Navoi Sozanda residential complex, hereinafter the "Site") collects, why that data is needed, who it is disclosed to, how long it is kept and how to opt out of processing. The data operator is Sarvar Inshoot (hereinafter the "Operator"). By submitting a request you agree to this Policy.
1. What data we collect
Data you provide yourself when submitting a request: your name and phone number (mandatory), as well as a comment and the apartment you selected, if you have given them.
Technical data your browser transmits automatically: IP address, device and browser type, language, the addresses of the pages you open, the date and time of your visit, and the address of the page you came from.
An anonymised visit count: the day of your visit and a key that identifies your browser. Neither the addresses of the pages you open nor information about your device is stored alongside it — see the "Use of Cookies" document for details.
The Site does not collect or store the documents required to complete a transaction: the sales department draws them up on paper, at a personal meeting. Neither passport details nor copies or scans of documents are held in the Site database or in its file storage — there is nowhere to upload them.
2. Why we do this
To contact you about your request and to advise you on apartments, prices, payment options and instalment plans.
To keep a record of enquiries and the history of communication, so that the manager remembers what was agreed with you earlier.
To prepare, conclude and perform a contract, and to support the transaction and the payments under it.
To count visitors: how many people have opened the Site and on which days. The count is anonymised — it does not allow us to single out a particular person. On the first visit the IP address and the browser data are used once for this purpose: a key is derived from them, and they themselves are not stored.
To maintain security: to protect the Site from attacks, brute-force attempts and automated mass submissions through the request form. Here the IP address is used to limit the number of enquiries from a single address.
3. Legal grounds and consent
Your name and phone number are processed on the basis of your consent. You give that consent when you press the button to submit a request: next to the button it is stated what data is processed and why, together with a link to this Policy.
Data relating to the transaction is processed in order to conclude and perform a contract with you, and also by virtue of the requirements that the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan sets for the execution of such transactions.
Technical data is processed in the legitimate interest of the Operator: to deliver the page to your browser, to protect the Site and to understand how it performs.
Consent may be withdrawn at any time — the procedure is described in the section "Your rights and how to exercise them".
4. Who the data is disclosed to
Within the company, requests are accessible to the sales managers and to the Site administrator. Access is separated by role, and actions taken on the records are written to a log.
Telegram. A notification of a new request is delivered to the sales managers in the Telegram messenger: your name, phone number, comment and selected apartment are transmitted there together with the notification. The service belongs to a foreign company, its servers are located outside the Republic of Tajikistan, and there the data is processed under the rules of the service itself — the Operator cannot influence that processing.
Cloudflare. The Site is delivered through the network of Cloudflare, Inc. (USA): it speeds up page loading and protects the Site from attacks. Cloudflare processes the IP address, information about the browser and the device, and the addresses of the requested pages. This happens every time any page is opened — regardless of whether you submit a request or not.
If you do not want your data to go to the messenger, do not submit the form — call the sales department instead: +992 17 990 00 07.
We do not sell personal data and do not transfer it to third parties for advertising purposes.
Data may be disclosed to the authorised state bodies at their lawful request, in the cases and in the manner provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan.
5. How long we keep data
Requests submitted through the Site and the correspondence relating to them — 3 (three) years from the date of your last enquiry.
Data relating to a concluded contract — for the term of the contract and for 5 (five) years after it has been performed or terminated; longer only where the legislation so requires.
The records of the visit count — 90 (ninety) days, after which they are deleted.
The record that you have seen the cookie notice is kept in your browser until you clear the Site data.
Once the retention period expires, the data is deleted or anonymised. Withdrawal of consent stops the processing before that period expires — except for the data we are required to keep by law or which is needed to perform a contract already concluded.
6. How we store and protect data
Data is accessible only to those employees who need it for their work. Access is granted by role and is withdrawn when duties change.
The Site stores no documents: no copies, no scans and no passport details — there is nowhere to upload them, and they are held neither in the database nor in the file storage.
The actions of employees on requests are written to a log: it shows who changed a request and its status, and when.
The connection to the Site is secured (HTTPS). Organisational and technical measures are applied against unauthorised access to, alteration, disclosure and destruction of data.
7. Your rights and how to exercise them
You have the right to: learn what data about you is processed and for what purpose; require that it be updated or corrected; require that it be deleted; withdraw your consent to the processing; object to the processing.
A request concerning your data is sent by phone at +992 17 990 00 07. State the phone number you left when submitting a request on the Site — it is needed to identify whose data to look for; to confirm your identity we may call you back on that number.
The time limit for our reply is 10 (ten) business days from the date the request is received. Within the same period we delete the data or stop processing it, if that is what you have required.
We may refuse deletion only in respect of the part of the data which we are required to keep by law or which is necessary to perform a contract already concluded with you. In that case we will state the reason and the period after which the data will be deleted.
Withdrawal of consent does not render unlawful the processing carried out before the withdrawal.
8. Cookies
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies. Which ones exactly, why, and what can be switched off — see the "Use of Cookies" document.
9. Changes to the Policy and details of the Operator
The Operator may update this Policy. The current version is published on this page, and the date of the update is shown at the top.
