Use of Cookies

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website saves in your browser so that it works correctly and remembers your settings. Alongside them we use the local storage of the browser (localStorage): it keeps your settings — the interface language and the colour theme, and the record that you have seen the cookie notice. A request submitted without an internet connection also waits its turn there: as soon as the connection is available, the request goes to the sales department and is deleted from the storage.

2. Which cookies and technologies we use

Technical (mandatory) — needed for the basic operation of the Site: navigation, correct display, and the operation of the installed application without an internet connection. Without them the Site works incorrectly or does not open at all.

Functional — they remember your choices: the interface language, the record that you have seen the cookie notice, and the sections you viewed earlier. They are kept in your browser.

Analytical — switched on and working now. The Site counts visitors, not page views: a record contains only the day of the visit and an anonymised key that identifies your browser. The key is kept in our own cookie "nav_vid" — it lives for a year, it cannot be read by the pages themselves, and it serves exactly one purpose: so that a returning visitor is not counted as a new one. The counter is our own: it passes nothing to third-party analytics services. The records are kept for 90 days.

Cloudflare. The Site is delivered through the network of Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) — it speeds up loading and protects the Site from attacks. Cloudflare may set its own technical cookies, processes the IP address, information about the browser and the addresses of the requested pages, and may also keep its own anonymised traffic statistics. This cannot be switched off on the side of the Site: without that check the page will not be delivered.

3. What the notice at the bottom of the page does

The bar with the "Accept" button is a notice, not a switch. The button removes the bar and records in your browser that you have seen it. It does not switch cookies on or off.

Technical data (IP address, information about the browser, the addresses of the pages you open) is processed in any event, even if you have not pressed the button: without it the Site cannot deliver the page to you or protect itself from attacks.

We say this plainly, because a button that pretends to switch something off is misleading.

4. What you can control

Browser settings: block or restrict cookies, delete those already saved, or open the Site in a private window. This is your main means of control.

Please note: if you block cookies and local storage, the Site will stop remembering your language, the cookie notice will appear again, and the installed application may not work without an internet connection.

To stop the processing of the data you left in a request, use the section "Your rights and how to exercise them" of the Privacy Policy.

5. Retention periods and contacts

The records of the visit count — 90 (ninety) days. Your choice of language and of the colour theme, and the record that you have seen the notice, stay in the browser until you clear the Site data.
