Terms of Use

1. Purpose of the Site

The Site is informational in nature: it presents the Navoi Sozanda residential complex, the construction phases and blocks, the floor plans, the progress of construction and the terms on which apartments are purchased.

Information about apartments, prices and timelines is published for reference. The availability of a particular apartment and the final terms of the transaction are confirmed by the sales department and are fixed by a written contract. The procedure is described in the "Purchase Terms" document.

2. Use of materials

All materials on the Site (texts, images, floor plans, 3D visualisations, the logo and the corporate identity) belong to their rights holders and are protected by law.

Copying and use of the materials without the written consent of the rights holder is not permitted.

3. Obligations of the user

To give accurate information when submitting a request.

Not to use the Site for actions that breach the law, and not to attempt to disrupt the operation or the security of the Site.

4. Requests and feedback

By submitting a request you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and to being contacted through the details you have given.

A request is an enquiry for a consultation. It does not reserve an apartment, does not fix a price and does not oblige either you or the Developer to conclude a contract.

The reply to your enquiry and the terms of the transaction are agreed individually with the sales department.

5. Limitation of liability

The Administration keeps the information on the Site up to date, but is not liable for the consequences of decisions taken on the Site data alone, without contacting the sales department.

The availability of a particular apartment, its price and the payment terms are confirmed by a manager and are fixed in the contract.

The Administration is not liable for interruptions in the operation of the Site caused by circumstances beyond its control (failures of communications, of data networks or of utility networks, acts of third parties).

6. Changes to the Terms and contacts

The Administration may change the content of the Site and these Terms. The current version is published on this page, and the date of the update is shown at the top.

These Terms are governed by the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan.
